Whoever can forget the beauty of Phewa Lake in Pokhara? Our paragliding gave us an awesome aeriel view of the sweeping vista of the valley. And our dinner at the Boomerang, by the lakeside, with great company, was nothing short of the perfect dinner, done alfresco. I'm missing Nepal.
