something i wrote some time ago...

wrote this on 26th Dec 2006...

in many ways i wished that i was still in nepal. it showed me that it was possible to survive without electronics, specifically in communications. almost 3 weeks without contact with my family and friends in singapore. being alone. it's a great feeling. i enjoy being alone. even in nepal.. walking in the streets of lakeside, pokhara, and in kathmandu mall.. these are the moments i enjoy. walking in the streets where no one knows who you are, or where you come from. for me, it was a kind of self-discovery. hah.. i enjoy being alone. or at least i tell myself so..
